Swimming Pool/Spa Openings – As part of your swimming pool/spa opening we will perform the following services:  

• Remove winter cover, clean, fold and store in a location specified by you
• Screw down all safety cover deck anchors
• Remove winter plugs, drain and flush all plumbing lines
• Drain and flush equipment and re-install equipment plugs
• Reinstall skimmer and pump baskets
• Turn gas on for pool heater and fire to test
• Install deck equipment; i.e., ladders, diving boards and handrails
• Test water chemistry and add necessary chemicals*
• Start system and check pool operation
• Skim pool surface and perform 15 minute water vacuum  

*Chemicals are extra
